About this camp
Meditation and mindfulness are irreplaceable tools for a grounded, thoughtful life, particularly the often unpredictable and demanding life of the average Waterford Upper School student. Meditation Camp is a half-day program designed to help students slow down, build focus, and develop healthy ways to manage stress. Campers will learn simple, age-appropriate meditation, breathing, and mindfulness practices through guided activities, movement, and reflection. Each day provides practical tools students can use to feel calmer, more grounded, and more aware in everyday life.
